1. Consent to Terms
This Service applies to Chainshift Co., Ltd., a Korean corporation, which provides Chainshift.co, the Chainshift dashboard, and related services (hereinafter "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you are deemed to agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable Korean laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services. We respect users' personal information and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act.
2. Service Content
Chainshift provides an AI search optimization (AEO, GEO, LLM Visibility) platform that enables businesses to analyze brand visibility, manage campaigns, and create AI-optimized content. Key features may include an analytics dashboard, content generation, structured data tools, reporting features, and more. The features provided may vary depending on the subscription plan or pay-as-you-go model.
3. User Accounts
Sign-up: Some features require account registration, and users must provide accurate and complete information.
Security: Users are responsible for the security of their account and login information, and account sharing is prohibited.
Termination: If a violation of these Terms or unlawful use is identified, we may suspend or terminate the account.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
Ownership: Ownership of content submitted by users to Chainshift belongs to the user, and a limited license is granted to us for the purpose of providing the Services.
Third-Party Services: Data may be processed through third-party service providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, Paddle, and AWS, as specified in the Privacy Policy.
Compliance Obligation: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Chainshift services for the following purposes:
Illegal activities or the provision of gambling-related content
Distribution of obscene, harmful, or explicit materials
Providing content that infringes the rights of third parties or AI platform policies
Providing content that infringes Chainshift's rights
6. Service Provision
We strive to provide stable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service interruptions caused by outages of third-party service providers such as Paddle, Supabase, and AWS are beyond our responsibility.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees may be invoiced and processed through Paddle (Merchant of Record) and Toss Payments (PG). Users bear the obligation to pay any applicable taxes and fees arising in connection with their use of the Services.
Except where otherwise required by law, refunds are not available after payment has been completed.
Credits, membership points, or other digital usage rights provided within the Services (hereinafter "Credits") are limited licenses for use of the Services and are not considered cash, prepaid electronic payment instruments, electronic money, or financial assets.
Users may not cash out, exchange, transfer, pledge, or otherwise transfer Credits to third parties, and they are not eligible for a refund except where required by applicable laws. We may set or change the provision, scope of use, validity period, expiration, and forfeiture criteria for Credits in accordance with our service operation policies.
8. Privacy Protection
You can review the data handling policy, including collection, use, storage, and user rights, in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This Service is provided "as is".
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms, and in the event of any changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance via email or a dashboard notice. If you continue to use the Services after the changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
